Heat Pump Carbon Forecast
See your daily carbon savings forecast for the week ahead — how much CO₂ an air source heat pump could save vs a gas boiler at your UK location
Powered by real heat pump data
Our model is trained on millions of data points from hundreds of real UK heat pumps, spanning multiple years of operation.
Data from HeatpumpMonitor.orgOpen source heat pump monitoring — thank you for making this data publicly available
How the forecast works
- 1.We fetch weather forecasts for your location and UK wind farms to predict grid carbon intensity
- 2.Our ML model forecasts daily heat pump emissions based on temperature and grid conditions
- 3.We compare against an 85% efficient gas boiler (typical UK condensing boiler) at 202 gCO₂/kWh
